Hydrant Flushing July 29th & 30th
Jul 29 @ 8:00 am – Jul 30 @ 4:00 pm

The hydrants throughout town will be flushed on July 29th & 30th. If your water appears a darker color on the days that hydrants have been flushed in your area of town, let your water run until it becomes clear again. When hydrants are flushed, it sometimes stirs up the sediment in the lines and causes the water to appear rusty. If your water is a rusty color, DO NOT do laundry until you have let your water run for a bit or cycle your washer without any clothes in it to help clear out your lines.

Call the Municipal office if you have any concerns or your water does not clear up in a reasonable amount of time.
