Public Forum
The Town of Albany is working with the Department of Urban Planning at Ball State University to prepare a comprehensive plan for the town. As part of the process, we will hold a public forum on the 20th of September at 7pm to provide an opportunity for community residents to provide input on their aspirations for the development of the town. A Comprehensive Plan is a document that is prepared with input from citizens and community leaders that sets forth policies for the future development of the community. It is the result of an in-depth study and analysis of the existing physical, economic and social characteristics of the community. This plan for Albany will complement the county-wide plan that is being prepared for Delaware County, TogetherDM, by CZB, LLC.
